Justin has dedicated himself to educating homeowners and Real Estate Professionals for the past 5 years, In response to the economic downturn throughout the state of Florida, Justin also provides training and education to Real Estate Brokers, Realtors and other Real Estate Professionals throughout the state of Florida.

Florida Real Estate Essentials was formed as a statewide assistance program to provide free assistance for homeowners to understand their rights.

David has specialized in offering servies for Homeowners to List, Sell and Purchase property since 2003.  Since experiencing dramatic changes in the Florida Real Estate market, David quickly saw the urgency in providing services to those both interested to sell their property and those in a troubled Real Estate situation. 

David specializes in providing information to homeowners with listing options for their Real Estate. 

David and Florida Real Estate Essentials work together as a team, offering solutions to homeowners throughout the state of Florida.

Homeowner Advocate

Tom is the senior Homeowner Advocate. He is able to quickly analyze and recommend solutions for Homeowners in a troubled situation, seeking the guidance they have been looking for. Tom prides himself in providing appropriate information in a timely manner.

NAOMI FRIERSON
Homeowner Advocate / Customer Service Coordinator

Naomi has dedicated herself to understanding each Homeowners specific set of circumstances and is quickly able to establish the appropriate team member to assist.  Naomi prides herself in her attention to meeting the needs of each Homeowner.
